- 1-8 ounce Swordfish Steak per person
- Ginger People Ginger Lemongrass
- Ginger People Sweet Ginger Chili
- Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper to taste
- Marinate Swordfish Steak with Ginger Lemongrass for 30 minutes in a plastic bag.
- Season with sea salt and cracked pepper to taste and grill Swordfish steaks at a medium high heat until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
- Brush on Sweet Ginger Chili.
