DIRECTIONS:
  1.  Marinate Swordfish Steak with Ginger Lemongrass for 30 minutes in a plastic bag.
  2. Season with sea salt and cracked pepper to taste and grill Swordfish steaks at a medium high heat until internal temperature is 145 degrees.
  3. Brush on Sweet Ginger Chili.
  4. Enjoy!!
