  • 3oz Clarified Butter and Garlic
  • 1/2 cup Diced Bacon
  • 1 pound 21/25 Gulf Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
  • 1oz of Chives
  • 1/2 cup of Mushrooms
  • 3 cups of Cheddar Cheese Grits


  1. Saute the shrimp and diced bacon in clarified butter and garlic.
  2. Add in the mushrooms and chives on top of the saute’d shrimp.
  3. Remove from saute pan and place on top of cheddar cheese grits.
  4. Enjoy!!
