- 3oz Clarified Butter and Garlic
- 1/2 cup Diced Bacon
- 1 pound 21/25 Gulf Shrimp Peeled and Deveined
- 1oz of Chives
- 1/2 cup of Mushrooms
- 3 cups of Cheddar Cheese Grits
- Saute the shrimp and diced bacon in clarified butter and garlic.
- Add in the mushrooms and chives on top of the saute’d shrimp.
- Remove from saute pan and place on top of cheddar cheese grits.
