  1. In A Hot Skillet Add 3 Tablespoons Of Olive Oil
  2. Cook Mahi for 8-10 minutes on medium high heat
  3. While Mahi is cooking cut Pineapple, jalapeno, cilantro & onion
  4. Squeeze fresh lime juice add salt and pepper then gently mix ingredients together in a small bowl
  5. When Mahi is cooked warm up your favorite tortilla & enjoy a light and fresh taco night the whole family will love!
